ABSTRACT
Note: Because of Israeli travel restrictions, Issam Nassar, who lives in the Palestinian Authority, was unable to travel through Israel’s Ben Gurion Airport, and would have had to make the difficult journey to Amman, and then fly to Cyprus. He was unable to do so, and his paper was therefore presented by Ata Qaymari. Since he could not respond to the comments at the time of the seminar, he was given a transcript, and his response appears at the end of this discussion.
