ABSTRACT
Western social theory tends to consider reality by dividing it into different realms of analysis. Relationships between human individuals and groups are explained by social theory, relationships with production are seen as economic, with practical devices as technology, and relationships with spiritual beings as religion. Each of these realms is analysed separately. As each realm has its own discourse, reality ends up being understood and managed in separated terms.
