The chapter reflects on core dispositions that will support an inclusive community. It introduces us to the principles of Learning without Limits. The chapter describes more about the impact of pedagogy free from labelling. It provides practical ways of ensuring our classroom is inclusive. The culture we create within our classroom has the capacity to transform children’s perception of themselves as learners. Intellectual Domain encompasses the intellectual and academic approaches to learning and teaching within our classroom. The seven dispositions are divided into three areas or domains: intellectual, affective and social. Every classroom is different, because it is a social organisation impacted by the leadership relationships that are established within and beyond the class.
