ABSTRACT
The Sovereign Citizens Movement is a leaderless anti-government group that encourages followers to take back their sovereign status. To do this requires followers of the movement to take actions that are frequently unlawful and sometimes violent. The current chapter examines sovereign citizen ideology and explores the non-violent and violent actions adherents engage in to reclaim their sovereign status and advance their cause.
