ABSTRACT
How can Deleuzian-Double-Spiral-Antenarrative Theory be used to understand–and to mitigate–recurring crisis facing the public university? Public universities, worldwide, are in a downward spiral, without a countervailing upward spiral to keep them from descending into the abyss of abandoned projects.
