ABSTRACT

The story of Greece in the last decade is a story of crises. One would struggle to find an area of public life that has remained unscathed by the economic, political, and social crises that redrew the political and legal landscape and profoundly affected the psyche of the Greek people. Against this backdrop, it is fair to say that the changes to the Greek labour market and the employment relations system have been cataclysmic, both from an institutional and a normative point of view.
