ABSTRACT
The Spatial Network Accessibility for Multimodal Urban Transport Systems (SNAMUTS) accessibility instrument was employed in an experiential workshop held in Adelaide. The objective was to observe how invited practitioners engaged with the instrument and assess whether it had value in their practice. We found that practitioners had a good conceptual understanding of accessibility and were keen to utilise the tool in their work practice. Of interest was its usefulness in visual communication of plans to the public.
