ABSTRACT
Three seasons of archaeological survey took place in the region of ‘Iraq al-Amir and the Wadi al-Kafrayn between 1996 and 2000. Another three seasons of regional projects were concurrently carried out in the Dhiban Plateau region during the period of 1996–99. Both projects were directed by me on behalf of La Sierra University with generous financial support from the Versacare Foundation. The research was also assisted by Jong Keun Lee in Sahm Yook University, Korea, and the Korean Research Foundation.
