ABSTRACT
Sexual harassment is a very real problem in the workplace. It is experienced by women and men of all races, in all occupations, and in all avenues of organizational life. Not only is the target of sexual harassment victimized and humiliated, but the organization suffers from productivity loss, training costs, and litigation fees. This chapter provides a survey of sexual harassment and analyzes its effects and policy implications.
