ABSTRACT
I was asked to make some brief remarks on Latin America’s foreign debt problems. I have doubts about the prospects for Latin American economic growth in the next decade, but my ideas are not as clear as I would like them to be. Nevertheless, I will share them, hoping that they will throw some light on the subject.
