On the Personality Factor in the History of the CPSU

This problem was the subject of a methodological seminar held on June 11 in the Department of History of the CPSU, Academy of Social Sciences under the CPSU Central Committee. Other participants in the seminar included research associates of the Central Committee's Institute of Marxism-Leninism, instructors at the Moscow Higher Party School, the V. I, Lenin Military-Political Academy, the Higher Komsomol School of the Komsomol Central Committee, and other scholarly and teaching institutions in the capital.
