Prospects for East-South Economic Interaction in the Changing International Environment

I would like to raise a few major issues that are very relevant when dealing with East-South relations. I think that over the past few years East-West relations in the framework of the world trade system have received tremendous attention, and the East-West issue has overwhelmed the whole financial and economic system as a result of the debt problems affecting Eastern Europe and the increasing politicization of East-West economic relations.
