The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) has one officially recognized system of representation. It’s called the Division Staff Relations Representative System (DSRR), which we also call the Div-Rep system. The mission statement of the program is as follows:

The principal goal of the DSRR program is to improve operational and administrative functions while balancing responsibility and authority of management with the rights of RCMP members, particularly the right to good conditions of employment.
