ABSTRACT
Leave no one behind. That is the key message for reducing poverty worldwide from the recent report, “A New Global Partnership: Eradicate Poverty and Transform Economies through Sustainable Development”, from the High-level Panel of Eminent Persons on the post-2015 Development Agenda (2013). It is a bold aspiration, and one that lays down a grand challenge to all those involved in some way with international development and poverty reduction. Many difficult and complex factors need to be addressed to achieve this goal; foremost amongst these is climate change.
