[Byron] Beppo (1818); Gentleman ‘s Magazine, LXXXVIII-ii (Aug. 1818), 144-145. The reviewer for the New Times (Stoddart?) attaches Byron’s name to Beppo, which many reviewers thought was very unlike Byron’s earlier style.
