ABSTRACT

By now FairRon had been living in Europe since '71, and he was generally not enjoying his freedom as much as he thought FairRon would. But some people came along to help him Paul Breman was the first to allow him a place to sleep with food to eat, and no strings attached Christian charity. It is going to kill Paul when he sees these words because he has spent a lifetime building the image of himself as someone who hates everything; everything except Black poetry, good music, and, of course, rare books which he sells. His passion for Black poetry resulted in his creating the Heritage Series, through which many of our best poets got their first important international exposure. Paul was completely at home, enjoying himself, just like us, and fitting, no matter where the argument went. Later FairRon sent him a copy of Many Thousand Gone, asking whose side he would take.
