ABSTRACT

This chapter illuminates some of the issues that contributed to the ill treatment of such workers and to offer recommendations for those concerned with comparable situations. It provides the research findings that are explored have broader implications, so that people working within other sectors with similar stress factors to the entertainment and media industries a deadline orientated, often high-pressure environment will find useful commonality in study and solutions proposed. The Creating without Conflict report set out to investigate the prevalence of bullying within the entertainment, media and arts industries.
