ABSTRACT
Graduates of MSc OP programmes enter a competitive market for jobs. In this Chapter, we will cover some general advice on starting successfully in OP as a career, and look at how to craft your experience for two different kinds of employer: consultancies and larger corporates or public organizations. We will also reflect on how to make your career in OP a rewarding one, by creating personal value in the way you develop and apply your skills as a psychologist.
