This book offers a variety of perspectives and experiences from a group of practitioners and researchers who all share an interest and involvement in Organisation Development (OD). You will find in it multiple voices, mindsets and practices – not all of which necessarily agree with each other. We like to think of it as a collection of essays from the field.
