ABSTRACT

Many large organisations today include diverse stakeholders and numerous products, vendors and (sometimes confl icting) strategies. Add the notion of digital products to the equation, and speed becomes one of the biggest drivers – and biggest constraints. In today’s digital world, companies need to move extremely fast, as the market evolves more quickly than products can actually be produced. This results in a situation in which even large companies need to evolve quickly with strong partners throughout the supply chain. Evolving together requires more than just strong collaboration; to form a strong partnership, it is necessary for two companies to identify overlapping opportunities at a strategic level.
