ABSTRACT
It is not easy to describe the organization of the 5 Star Movement (M5S), both because the characteristics of the party are practically unique, and because its structure is continuously and rapidly evolving. It is therefore difficult to link the party to previous organizational models, and even more difficult to capture it in a snapshot that can freeze its structure in a given moment and which is able to grasp the different facets and the different geographic expressions of this structure.
