ABSTRACT
Systems, services, networks, products and places together make up the environment in which we age. This chapter will explore the interconnectedness and transactional nature of the relationship between these elements from a service design perspective. Drawing on case studies from Snook’s portfolio of work with older people, we will focus specifically on three projects, outlining the context and methods used to engage with older people and reflecting on the learning from each project.
