ABSTRACT

Schengen visas are in line with the society of control's dispositif that normalizes surveillance of everyone and the control of individuals. The role of the agent is socially constructed within the frame of the workplace interaction. Clients' characteristics do not exist outside the boundaries of this specific interaction.
