Locate The rst pillar in LUNA is Locate. Here we ensure that all stakeholders can Locate information quickly and easily. If stakeholders cannot nd the information that they are looking for easily, then the communication fails. Navigation, especially through a long policy, statement, or application is extremely important. No one wants to wade through a lot of paper, but if they can nd and get to specic content quickly and easily, then a better customer experience will be achieved (Figure 1).
