ABSTRACT

Introduction This chapter describes the analysis results of data that were gathered by the METPEX trial at eight different European cities – Bucharest, Coventry, Dublin, Grevena, Rome, Stockholm, Valencia and Vilnius, and five FIA motorist networks (Germany, Poland, France, Spain and the United Kingdom), between September 2014 and November 2014. It examines how different travel satisfactions were reported by different group of travellers and how different key determinants were valued differently. The impacts of trip stages complexity and travel mode chaining to the reported door-to-door travel satisfaction were also briefly discussed.
