ABSTRACT
This chapter presents the dynamics of human niches, grounded in spiral dynamics, were applied to natural country dynamics. Special emphasis was placed on Africa, South Africa and other developing world dynamics to complement the original theory. A rich description of PURPLE, especially of the manner in which it manifests in Africa, was shared. The human niches described originated from The Master Code, as Don Beck describes the function of the value systems underlying human attitude and the work of Loraine Laubshcer and the author. This human attitude manifests in behaviour at an individual, group, organizational and societal level as visually displayed by the integral inclusivity framework. The human niches thinking systems that are associated with the overriding philosophy from the various focal points are included. The divide between masculinity and femininity of culture is also visually displayed.
