ABSTRACT

The pressure to do more with less puts challenges on organisational capacity to meet performance targets and also not to ‘break the business’ in the process. Working as a high-impact change strategist is incredibly rewarding work. The main products and services offered relate to integrated financial services, including funds management, debt funding and management, cash management, financial risk management advisory services and financial education and capability development. The organisation had been embedding PRINCE2™ as their project management methodology over the past 12 months. Stakeholders in a project context are anyone who has an impact, interest or influence on a project’s objectives. Communication was designed to match internal communication policy and procedural platforms and utilise existing intranet, town hall and team meeting structures in the main for the dissemination of group messages.
