ABSTRACT
Africa is made up of 53 states that reflect three colonial legal heritages – English, French, and Portuguese. Given this history, discussions about accommodation of religious diversity across the continent are complex. Recommendations can only be suggestions, and tentative, but we may make a beginning by considering National Human Rights Institutions (NHRI).
