ABSTRACT
In this section there are two interviews with sociologists from the Muslim world. First we present an interview with Professor Habibul Haque Khondker,
whom I had met before. He lectures in the Department of Humanities and Social Sciences at Zayed University in Abu Dhabi, the United Arab Emirates. Currently he is Vice-President of the ISA Research Committee on Social Transformation and Sociology of Development and a member of the ISA Executive Committee.
