ABSTRACT
Participants seem to do just as they like. People wander in and out whenever they want. They question the value of most of it; the way the program is run as well as the design. They complain about the content of the course and the workload. They want the course to be delivered to suit them personally. And worse still, the program management seems to be busy satisfying ever changing demands and needs of the group. I get no support at all.
