ABSTRACT
A business school and its faculty need to fulfil multiple roles. Research and teaching are evidently the pillars, but disseminating scientific findings to a wider society is also important. When it comes to teaching, a basic requirement is that the teacher facilitates students’ learning and helps them cope with the demands of their future careers. To realize that aim on an individual student level, it seems essential to provide teaching that helps each student to learn according to her capacity.
