ABSTRACT
During the years I have been engaged in POCKET – theatre4Change 2 I have become increasingly convinced that the performing arts have such a crucial influence on people’s beliefs and imagination that they should be vital to all forms of education and development work, for example, in the following areas:
Creating greater openness and trust among participants of a teaching group.
Arousing curiosity and involvement in communicative and human aspects of mergers.
Concretisation and deepening our theoretical knowledge of leadership.
Making members of a group better ‘improvisers’ in their areas of competence.
Creating full involvement in a process and thus enhancing your enjoyment of life.
