ABSTRACT

At the dawn of a 21st century unfolding in front of multiple screens, we increasingly use a variety of electronic devices to interact with each other. An average employee receives about 200 emails a day (Freeman 2011), two trillion instant text messages were exchanged in 2008, and one out of four individuals who goes online has a Facebook account. If Facebook were a country, its one billion members would rank it the third largest in the world.
