ABSTRACT
This edited volume on the European Neighbourhood Policy (ENP) in a comparative perspective aims to identify the policy frameworks between the European Union (EU) and its neighbouring countries and to assess the various challenges that they are facing. It does so with the ultimate aim of drawing some lessons from the ‘other neighbours’ for the ENP.
