ABSTRACT

Introduction Every generation can attest to how technology has altered their lives in comparison to previous generations, whether they are referring to automobiles, planes, phones, televisions, personal computers, or the Internet. Technology does not just impact our lives; it transforms how we engage and view the world. Shopping, communicating, and sharing large amounts of data occur primarily through a digital realm rather than a physical one. The number of Internet users throughout the world, approximately at 2.8 billion, will continue to grow as developing nations grow their economies and connect to the virtual world (Holt & Bossler, 2016).
