ABSTRACT
This study was conducted in partnership with the United Way of Florida and United Way of Miami-Dade and involved an online survey of administers at nonprofit human service organizations in Florida. The methods and survey for this study were approved by the internal review board at Florida International University and have been reported elsewhere (Ruggiano, Taliaferro, Dillon, Granger, & Scher, 2014).
