In recent years, the uses of media technologies and computers have become more important and prevalent in education. Beyond the skills of using a computer, internet use, Distance Learning, and the introduction of various Web applications (blogs, YouTube, Facebook, photo sharing, video and podcasts, etc.) have become critical (Miller, 2013, p. 57). Researchers in education are turning more toward effective practices for integrating many of these emerging technologies into instruction.
