Some say that animal activists provide voices for nonhumans, who have no voices. I hold a different philosophy; someone once noted that nonhumans have their own voices, but that humans have been unwilling to hear them. As animal advocates, it is our job to use our voices on behalf of nonhumans to help people listen: listen to the nonhuman animals, listen to the facts, listen to their hearts and consciences.
