ABSTRACT
At Yale Law school the following year, Rodham was wearing a black armband to observe the Vietnam Moratorium, working with law students on the Panther trial in New Haven, though still very much within the system. From there she joined a Bay Area law firm run by radical attorneys, where she researched and eventually wrote a law review article on the rights of children, a foundation for her later work at the Children’s Defense Fund.16
