ABSTRACT
The implications of the concept of management include characteristics such as constant change and openness to innovation. We can define management in a general statement as strategies for human communities to live together, and as a set of rules they create in line with these strategies. As people will constantly want and search for better living conditions, management reform is a process that may be encountered all the time. In this regard, reform and changes can be considered as an integral part of management.
