Illicit financial flows in view of financing the post-2015 development agenda

Introduction As the 2015 deadline for the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) approaches, the international community is gearing up in finalising the next global development agenda. Many stakeholders view the MDGs as a historical breakthrough in terms of accelerating progress on an array of key indicators. Hence, the post-2015 development agenda has inspired significant policy formulation efforts and advocacy activities.
