ABSTRACT
Today one can have access to cloud-based digital libraries from any electronic device ranging from mobile phones to highly sophisticated tablets, as predicted by Akst (2003). These digital libraries not only offer knowledge to any reader, but also a digital platform which is an open and collaborative learning space where students can personalize their selections for study according to their self-determined learning skills, following Blaschke (2013).
