ABSTRACT
Richard Wydoski has broadly outlined the potential impacts of alterations of streamflows and water quality on fish and macroinvertebrates in the Upper Colorado River Basin. He stated the basic management problem as one of balancing social and economic needs with the maintenance of a “quality” environment.
