A Global View of CFC Sources and Policies to Reduce Emissions

With the exception of work by the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and DeveloDment (OECD) and d’Arge and coworkers, ¹ consideration of the potential international aspects and ramifications of CFC regulation has been virtually absent from most of the economic and technical analyses of CFC restrictions. ² The inclusion of relevant international costs and benefits should improve benefit-cost analyses and regulatory policy for CFC emissions.
