ABSTRACT
Case 1: The recently concluded 12th general convention of Private and Boarding Schools Organization of Nepal (PABSON) decided to hike the fees in its member institutions by 18%. This decision is said to be against the Supreme Court order of 23 May 2012 directing private schools not to hike fees for three years.
