ABSTRACT

On 1 January 2010, the Greenland Self-Government took over mineral resources (natural resources) as a field of competence, just half a year after the 1999 Greenland Self-Government Act had entered into force. To this day it remains one of the two only fields of competence taken over by the Greenland Self-Government under the Self-Government Act.1
