Fundamentals [1907]

The manuscript of Paper19 bears the date January 1907 in Russell’s hand. It is a long, rambling set of working notes in which Russell reexamines several of his assumptions about the foundations of logic. At this time, he has accepted a version of the ramified theory of types. Paper19 refers repeatedly to the first draft of “Types”, which appears to be Paper18a.
