ABSTRACT
CLIL-and mainstream learners being that participants in CLIL programmes
(a) tend to come from socio-economically strong backgrounds, (b) tend to have a
special interest in languages and (c) continue to receive the same EFL teaching as the
mainstreamers on top of their CLIL.
