ABSTRACT
After 19 years in the Department of Law at Zenon University, now the departmental Chair, Anna-Maria Harilaou thinks back at her career progression in the department trying to make peace with the difficulties encountered in her getting tenure and figuring out how to improve her department’s culture and HRM practice.
