ABSTRACT

In today’s organizations, the function of human resource management (HRM) occupies centre stage among the various managerial functions. This importance stems from the fact that the management of human beings is the most difficult factor of production to manage in the organization. Organizations that lack qualified and motivated employees will be doomed to failure. After all, you need those individuals to use resources and operating systems effectively and efficiently in organizations. Performing HRM functions and dealing with human issues such as performance evaluation, turnover, and absenteeism in a professional and scientific manner is a recipe for success in today’s organizations.
